    To meet your expectations and ensure efficient and error-free service, has developed a model for collaboration that we ask potential clients to review:

1. What do you need? Please fill out the brief questionnaire here Inquiry form
2. Preliminary review of supplied data by , followed by a telephone or in-person meeting with you or your designated expert.
3. analyzes the client-supplied data and delivers a rough concept draft and proposal.

(NOTE: all materials produced by drawLAW including, but not limited to, artwork, graphics, presentations and cost estimates are NOT "work for hire" and remain the exclusive property of drawLAW. They may not be used for any unauthorized purpose, including obtaining a competitive bid.)

4. Proposal is Accepted: 50% deposit via PayPal is due upon execution of agreement.
5. Design Stage: sends intermediate proofs for review and comment.
6. Final Proof: delivers digital (or other agreed-on format) exhibit for client's final comments or approval.
7. Once the graphic or animation obtains final approval, the remaining 50% is due via PayPal prior to the release of artwork to the client.
8. Contract Amendments: designs and creates the client's exhibits according to the agreed-upon concept and proposal. Please be advised that any major changes to the agreed-upon concept or proposal will result in contract amendments and additional charges.
9. The delivery timeframe of an exhibit varies, based on type of project. Please plan extra time when requesting printed media (large mounted boards) and their multiple copies.
10. When feasible, accepts rush and overnight project design and delivery at a 50% surcharge to our regular rates.
